We are looking for a Logistics and Operations Lead to lead our end-to-end warehousing and logistics strategy and operating model across all sites and partners. The role will be pivotal in ensuring safe, compliant and high-performing delivery that supports business growth through efficient ways of working and use of technology.
Requirements
- Define and own N2O’s warehousing and logistics strategy and target operating model
- Lead multi-site operations and strategic partners
- Own the logistics and warehousing budget, forecast and resource plan
- Sponsor major transformation initiatives
- Set the inventory management and stock integrity framework
- Lead cross-functional planning with Campaign Management, Client Development and Field Support teams
- Own compliance and risk management for logistics operations
- Develop and lead a high-performing leadership team
- Define and drive N2O’s logistics sustainability priorities
