As a Director leading our Sales Professionals for North's Direct Field Sales team, you'll coach and empower a team to bring North's SaaS platforms and payment processing solutions to life, ensuring a superior customer experience for every client.
Lead a team of Sales Professionals, create and execute sales plans, collaborate with teams across North, and share insights with senior leadership to help identify process improvements and growth opportunities.
This role is perfect for someone who loves building high-performing teams, fostering strong relationships, and driving impactful results. You'll be in the field, pulling doors with your Sales Professionals, demonstrating what great leadership looks like by getting in the trenches.
