Job description
We are seeking experienced Database Administrators who is responsible for the ongoing management and delivery governance of one or more end-to-end Database Services. The role involves supporting services across the organization, identifying and addressing risks, and contributing to the identification of issues/incidents/events that impact agreed service KPIs, SLA's, Service Health as well as any 3rd party Service Providers.
Provide technical support and direction across service management processes, resolve critical, high, medium and low problems, and collaborate with Architects and Design Leads to ensure that projects are scoped in accordance with asset roadmaps and strategies.
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years' experience in Database Technology and delivery, with a strong background in the practical use, design and deployment of large-scale Database infrastructures. Relevant industry certifications, strong business communication and interpersonal skills, and proven ability to remain flexible to deliver business outcomes are also required.
