Job description
We're seeking DevOps/Site Reliability Engineers who have had a proven track record of running critical shared application platforms in a production cloud environment. You will work in a fortnightly iteration-based software development environment and be responsible for providing support to customers of our services during business hours.
You will work on Change Requests, Incidents, Defects, and Problem Records, maintain software and infrastructure currency, troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems, and participate in Service Governance and Compliance activities.
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in cloud services, infrastructure as code, and monitoring and observability tools, and work with a talented team in a hybrid working model with excellent work-life balance.
