SAP SuccessFactors (PY) with German

We're Nagarro, a digital product engineering company, looking for a senior consultant to work on SAP HCM customer projects, particularly in Payroll Germany, with a focus on system-side realization of customer requirements and project management responsibilities.

Requirements

• German (fluent)
• SAP PY (Payroll)
• SAP HCM
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Knowledge of business and IT processes and their mapping in the SAP HCM system (PY)
• Experience with collective agreement regulations for remuneration, know-how in tax and social security law
• Excellent knowledge of SAP specific schemas, cycles and characteristics
• Experience with project management and consulting methods
• Self-motivation, persuasiveness as well as assertiveness
• Solution/process-oriented thinking skills and strong methodological competence.
