Job Description
NAI Burns Scalo is seeking a Service-Oriented Assistant Property Manager for commercial real estate. This role involves both hands-on operations, like tenant relations, lease administration, and budget support, as well as administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong communication skills, and have experience in property management.
Requirements
- Associate degree in business management
- 2–4 years in property management or related field
- Certified Property Manager designation
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with Yardi or similar systems preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license
