Senior Counsel

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Counsel to provide strategic legal and regulatory leadership. Reporting to the General Counsel, this role serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, partnering cross-functionally to support complex commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, and enterprise risk management for a leading SaaS healthcare technology company.

What You Will Do

Drafts, reviews, and negotiates complex technology agreements, advises on contract structure and associated risks, collaborates with business partners, and serves as the legal subject matter expert on federal and state healthcare laws and regulations.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience as a practicing attorney, including experience working in an in-house legal department
• Experience managing the work of others
• Significant experience negotiating complex commercial transactions, including technology agreements, SaaS and other licensing agreements
• Experience providing counsel on compliance issues
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice law
