Job Description
National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC) is seeking a Director of Commercial Bus Sales to manage a new bus sales program and expand business relationships. The role involves developing sales strategies, securing new business, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is hybrid, requiring 50% in-office work and requires a valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in business-to-business sales
- 5-7 years of previous experience managing a sales division
- Proven success in identifying and securing new business in commercial vehicle sales
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Computer and software proficiency (Sales Force and Excel)
- Strong phone skills (Cold calling)
