National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC) is seeking a Director of Commercial Bus Sales to manage a new bus sales program and expand business relationships. The role involves developing sales strategies, securing new business, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position is hybrid, requiring 50% in-office work and requires a valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in business-to-business sales
• 5-7 years of previous experience managing a sales division
• Proven success in identifying and securing new business in commercial vehicle sales
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Computer and software proficiency (Sales Force and Excel)
• Strong phone skills (Cold calling)
• Meticulous attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication
