Job Description
Senior Financial Analyst will analyze financial data, prepare financial analyses and reports, and assist with budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc reporting. Must have 5+ years of healthcare finance, analytics, or financial analysis experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or appropriate field of study or equivalent experience
- Five (5) or more years of health care finance, analytics, or financial analysis experience
- Good analytical abilities, including the ability to identify issues, problems, and solutions
- Mathematical aptitude, including the ability to build formulas for performing analysis
- Skill in gathering and reporting information
- Teamwork attitude
- Good time management and the ability to meet deadlines and other requirements set by the management team
- Ability to work and think independently with limited supervision
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting software (PowerBI, Sage)
