
Job description
The Card Services Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of card-related transactions and member support activities in a fast-paced remote environment.
Process reimbursement requests, manage fraud cases, process wallet transfers, review transactions, and manage card status updates.
This role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and excellent communication skills. Experience in financial services, card operations, or customer support is preferred.
