
Job description
We are looking for a person responsible for consolidating and expanding data, artificial intelligence, and automation capabilities in the LATAM region. This is a strategic position that will report to regional leadership and act transversally with all business areas, ensuring that the organization leverages data and technology as pillars of competitiveness.
Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms, map, design, and implement automation solutions, integrate artificial intelligence technologies into daily channel processes, and structure a self-service analytics program.
Ensure analytical sovereignty, lead the conception and implementation of the Data Architecture, and promote a culture of data and automation across the organization.
