Job description
The Fullstack Tech Lead will lead by example, guiding the team to build scalable solutions in Node.js (TypeScript), React, and React Native. They will define architectures that ensure long-term product sustainability, guide the modernization of systems to the cloud (AWS Serverless and OCI), and demonstrate versatility to navigate between modern and legacy databases in Java or PHP.
The Tech Lead will be responsible for guiding the technical backlog, defining architecture alongside architects, and ensuring the team has a clear path to innovate. They will lead hands-on, guiding, mentoring, and unlocking the technical team on a daily basis, coding alongside the team to resolve complex challenges.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in software development and technical leadership, with a strong focus on Node.js (TypeScript), React, and React Native. They will also have experience with cloud architecture, DevOps, and security practices.
