Grocery Team Leader

Grocery Team Leader will work 32-40 hours per week, including weekdays, weekends, and AM/PM shifts. The role involves leading the grocery team, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Experience in grocery and/or retail environment (preferred but not needed)
• Minimum of 1 Year Experience leading a team of amazing people
• Experience in a customer service role
• Passion for local, organic, and sustainable food and natural supplements
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong work ethic and desire to contribute to people's health and wellbeing
• Ability to work in an energetic, fast-paced environment
