Job description
We're running a practical skills program inside shelter homes in Pune. The role is to own and grow this project, figuring out how to make it work well at the two sites and then scaling it to more places.
Run the program, build and lead the team, manage relationships, track and improve.
You've probably done work in education, youth programs, or community development before. You know how to lead teams and build partnerships. You're comfortable with ambiguity and building things from scratch.
