The Residential Leasing & Tenant Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of tenant acquisition, from initial contact to contract signing, in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Requirements

• Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective tenants
• Qualify leads by understanding their requirements, budget, preferred location, and move-in timeline
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date lead pipeline in the CRM system
• Schedule and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate rental terms with prospective tenants
• Handle objections professionally and work to find mutually beneficial solutions
• Oversee the contract preparation process
• Walk tenants through contract agreements and ensure full understanding of all terms and conditions
