Role Overview

The HR team at NBCUniversal is looking for a high energy, detail oriented HR Coordinator to support an exciting new division focused on creating a next generation entertainment experience. This role is a strong launch pad for someone early in their HR career who is eager to gain exposure across both generalist and specialist HR work.

What You Will Do

Supporting employees across Canada and the United States, you will play a key role in the day to day delivery of HR services and programs. Working closely with HR partners and cross functional teams, you will provide operational and programmatic support across employee relations, labor relations, health and safety, talent acquisition, onboarding, and HR operations.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a professional work setting
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration OR equivalent work experience
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Bilingual in French and English, with the ability to communicate fluently (written and verbal) in both languages
