Field Service Engineer

Field Service Engineer responsible for installation, maintenance, and repairs of equipment within an assigned territory to assure continuity of customer operations and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Installation, maintenance, and repairs on equipment within an assigned territory
• Ownership of customer problems or incidents until the situation has been resolved
• Diagnose, repair, and replace components on equipment supported by NCR Voyix
• Installation of new or upgrade existing equipment
• Assisting in site preparation and testing of equipment
• Performing periodic preventative maintenance on assigned products
• Maintain an appropriate parts inventory and parts record keeping
• Accurate and prompt reporting of calls and activity
