Customer Support Specialist

The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for providing customer service to the public in a professional and compassionate manner, while also performing various duties such as data entry, animal intake, and adoption processing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years customer service experience
• Computer experience and ability to learn proprietary software
• General clerical skills
• Maturity, good judgment, and ability to work within a team
• Ability to work with animals without allergic reaction
• Effective written and verbal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand/walk for the majority of the shift
