Service Desk Analyst

We're seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our team in Hartlepool, England. The role involves providing excellent customer service, managing customer mailboxes, and resolving IT issues and faults. The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach, self-motivation, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Demonstrate excellent customer service and influencing skills across various mediums.
• Knowledge of using Microsoft office suite (i.e. Outlook / Excel )
• Flexibility in approach
• Self Motivated
• Ability to make decisions and take ownership
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions
