
Job description
The Technical Services Engineer provides expert technical support on Geospatial products to customers, including maintenance and continuous improvement of products, systems, and services. The role involves diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, delivering proactive solutions, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
The main responsibilities include receiving and replying to technical support enquiries, working with customers to deliver consultancy services, handling database administration tasks, creating documentation, and providing database support.
The role requires a background in Geospatial or a related discipline, experience in technically supporting customers, and working as part of a technical team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills, and be self-motivated and enthusiastic to learn and develop.
