Field Service Technician

We're looking for a Field Service Technician to join our Nelson Stud Welding & Fastening team. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, modifying, and repairing Nelson Stud Welding systems, as well as assisting customers with equipment and technical problems.

Requirements

• Associate degree (A.S./A.A.S.) or 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training
• Ability to read, write and interpret documents including complex technical documents, electrical schematics and procedure manuals
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, fractions, area, circumference, and volume
• Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
