Platform & Data Engineer

Role Overview

We are recruiting for an experienced Platform Engineer to help shape our infrastructure, improve system reliability, accelerate product development, and improve release cadence. The focus of this position is the design and operation of the data and infrastructure platform that our product and research teams build on.

What You Will Do

Contribute to and evolve our cloud infrastructure, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, operate and improve our primary data stores, design and implement data pipelines, implement observability, contribute to security and compliance posture, build internal developer tooling, and support deployment and scaling of research workloads.

Requirements

• Solid hands-on experience with a major cloud provider — GCP preferred
• Strong infrastructure-as-code practice — Terraform or Pulumi
• Experience operating Postgres in production
• Proficiency in CI/CD design and multi-environment deployments
• Comfort working across TypeScript and Python codebases
• Security-first mindset
