We are hiring an experienced Senior AR Caller (US Healthcare RCM) with strong hands-on exposure to insurance calling, AR follow-up, and denial management. This role involves performing insurance follow-up calls with US payers for unpaid & denied claims, working on denial analysis and resolution, and taking corrective actions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience as an AR Caller / AR Follow-up Executive
- Strong insurance calling experience (US Healthcare)
- Practical knowledge of AR Follow-up, Denial Management, Appeals & Resubmissions
