Job description
A Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of various facilities, including buildings, equipment, and grounds.
Perform a broad spectrum of repairs to the inside / outside structure of a building, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
Requires experience in facilities maintenance or related fields, and knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
