Quality Control Chemistry Sample Management Coordinator

Role Overview

Manage the receipt, storage, organization, and disposal of Analytical Services laboratory samples in a high-growth, fast-paced environment while ensuring compliance with FDA and DEA regulations.

What You Will Do

Receive and log samples, distribute and label samples, maintain organization, identify samples for outside testing, and oversee sample waste disposal.

Must be detailed oriented, have excellent organizational skills, and possess effective written and oral communication skills.

Requirements

• Experience using LabVantage or similar software
• Bachelor's degree in Science or related field (Chemistry, Microbiology or Biology)
• Experience with cGMP documentation systems and with implementation of QC systems
