Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 5 - 10 years in process plant turnaround and maintenance activities, specifically in turnaround planning and scheduling
• Knowledge of process plant production and maintenance, including contractors supervision & management
• Project management knowledge, particularly in quick-paced, high intensity and time constrained turnaround environments
• Excellent people and communication skills and ability to organize, deploy and manage resources effectively
• Ability to promote teamwork and possess interpersonal effectiveness
