We are seeking a Shift Manager for our Naturefoul factory in Qiryat Gat. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 20 employees, ensuring adherence to production plans, and resolving any issues that may arise. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high level of employee engagement, providing training and coaching to employees, and continuously improving processes.

Requirements

• A degree in industrial engineering or management
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in a process environment
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Availability to work shifts (3 shifts)
