Quality Assurance Executive

Nestlé is seeking a Quality Assurance Executive to support the Division head and key business functions through monitoring, communication, and challenge of performance, as well as ensuring internal control on critical business processes. Requirements

• Implement quality elements in the process of Inter Market Supply on import of finished goods and export of semi-finished and finished goods.
• Manage and coordinate all IMS related complaints effectively (such as the use of IMS complaint forum).
• Manage all IMS complaints effectively to ensure closure of complaints on agreed turn - around - time (TAT).
