Role Overview

Join Netic's team of relentless builders to bring frontier AI to the physical economy. As a Founding Product Infrastructure Engineer, you'll own and evolve the backbone that powers our autonomous AI agents in production.

What You Will Do

Define deployment and environment strategy, own CI/CD, environment isolation, rollout strategies, and failure recovery. Own databases and performance at scale, raise the operational bar, and plan for growth.

Requirements

• 4+ years operating production systems at scale on a major cloud provider
• Infrastructure automation expertise
• Deep experience with infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD
• Hands-on experience running and tuning production databases
• Practical experience with modern monitoring and tracing tools
• Familiarity with IAM, networking, service-to-service authentication
• Product-minded infrastructure thinking
