As a Customer Success Manager at Netskope, you will be responsible for shaping the experience of our most strategic customers as they onboard and adopt the Netskope Security Cloud platform. You will partner with customers to develop a value realization plan, drive adoption, and ensure a smooth path to deriving full value from their Netskope solution. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of customer success management experience, with a strong appreciation of security strategies and the ability to provide thought leadership and share best practices with senior customer stakeholders.
