Senior Software Engineer

Role Overview

Participate in software development life cycle for large, complex projects, design and build software solutions independently, and work with onsite and offshore delivery and operations teams.

Conduct team and project planning, troubleshoot and fix issues, provide technical leadership, and establish metric-driven goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• At least 2 years of technical experience in software development
• At least 2 years of experience with full lifecycle development using Agile methods
• Ability to estimate accurately and deliver high quality software on time
• Ability to effectively communicate across organizational functions
• Ability to effectively plan, organize and measure progress toward goals and objectives
