We have a unique opportunity as a Queue Manager to work alongside engineers and manage tickets. This is a great starting point to build your career in the technical field. It does not require any technical experience but a strong interest in learning and demonstrating that is a plus. Work well in a busy team, being quick to learn and able to deal with a wide range of issues.
Manage tickets, work alongside engineers, and develop skills and knowledge. Actively seeks out tasks that help develop skills and knowledge, ability to multi-task and prioritize work appropriately, and good self-awareness – understanding skill/knowledge and when to escalate.
Strong analytical skills, ability to collate and interpret data from various sources, and clear communication skills – verbal and written.
