
Job description
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide general administrative support for a senior team within our Private Asset Management group in New York, working in partnership with Sales Management, Investment team members, and leadership, while contributing to the smooth day-to-day operations of the business.
Perform general administrative duties such as calendar management, travel arrangements, preparing and printing meeting materials, ordering office supplies, and other office-related tasks. Coordinate the support required for client meetings, process travel & expense reports and reimbursements, and perform ad hoc projects as needed.
Professionally represent senior leaders, have strong communication and time management skills, and be proactive and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
