
Job description
Provide general administrative support for a senior team within the Private Asset Management group in New York. Work in partnership with Sales Management, Investment team members, and leadership to contribute to the smooth day-to-day operations of the business.
Perform general administrative duties, coordinate client meetings, process travel and expense reports, and perform ad hoc projects as needed.
Strong communication and time management skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently, and a flexible approach to achieve optimal results.
