Operations Analyst

The Operations Analyst role in Neuberger Berman Singapore Middle Office involves cash and position reconciliation, break resolution, trade life cycle management, and other tasks. The candidate needs to work well independently or as a team, under pressure, and prioritize based on deadlines. Key responsibilities include manual booking of cash entries, daily reconciliation, break assignment, and active break management.

Requirements

• Manual booking of all required cash entries to our Portfolio management system (Aladdin)
• Daily reconciliation of all cash transactions and balances for the previous business day
• Active break management by following up with the Global teams
• Ongoing Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) to ensure process and controls are always working to the best ability
• EOD reporting as required for Cash and Position Reconciliations
• Active Custodian engagement and management on BAU
