Job Description
Allen Matkins is a law firm seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to provide organizational and practice-specific support to attorneys in the Real Estate practice group. The role requires a high level of professionalism, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in an organized, efficient manner.
Requirements
- Five or more years of paralegal experience required, including substantial experience working in commercial real estate and/or commercial real estate lending
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must satisfy at least one of the California statutory paralegal classification requirements
- California Notary Public or commitment to become California Notary Public within 6 months of hire
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows applications
