Residential Support Specialist/Level One Medication Aide (L1MA)/CNA

New Horizons Community Support Services, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Residential Support Specialist to provide rehabilitative services and care for residents with serious mental illness in their Jefferson City Residential Program. The position offers opportunities for overnight, evening, and weekend shifts and is part-time or full-time based on client needs. New Horizons provides a dynamic and inclusive environment and is accredited by CARF.

Requirements

• Provide oversight/monitoring/support of residents in the Residential Program.
• Ensure facility has a welcoming and home-like atmosphere.
• Provide interventions to assist residents with goal setting, skill development, and symptom management.
• Document clinical interventions in progress notes.
• Implement and abide by company policy.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized household environment.
