Residential Support Specialist/Level One Medication Aide (L1MA)/CNA-Part Time-Weekends

New Horizons Community Support Services, Inc. is seeking a caring Residential Support Specialist to provide rehabilitative services and care for residents with serious mental illness in their Jefferson City Residential Program. This is a part-time position offering weekend hours and emphasizes providing a welcoming and supportive environment for residents.

Requirements

• Provide oversight/monitoring/support of residents living in our Residential Program facilities.
• Ensure facility has a caring, home-like and welcoming atmosphere.
• Provide interventions with residents to assist them with meeting their goals, learning new skills, and improving their coping skills and symptom management skills.
• Clearly document clinical interventions in progress notes.
• Implement and abide by company policy.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized household environment.
• Complete cleaning and safety checks.
