Youth Employment Supervisor

The Youth Employment Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Youth Employment Program at assigned volunteer work sites, monitoring meaningful work activities, and ensuring cooperation and compliance of all participants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Recreation
• Two to Four years of experience in Education or Recreation programs or similar combination of education and experience
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Works well with adolescents
• Valid CT Driver’s License/Access to privately maintained vehicle
