Job Description
The Community Support Professional provides intensive crisis stabilization and prevention support to individuals with diagnosed behavioral health needs, assisting with development of behavior support plans and team training. This role is integral to coordinating services and ensuring optimal community participation.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, or human services
- Virginia Board of Counseling registration as a Qualified Mental Health Professional-Adult (QMHP-A) and/or Qualified Mental Health Professional-Child (QMHP-C)
- Virginia Board of Counseling registration as a Qualified Mental Health Professional-Adult (QMHP-A) and/or Qualified Mental Health Professional-Child (QMHP-C) status
