Job Description
The REACH Team in the NRV, Blue Ridge & Mt. Rogers area is seeking a Community Support Professional to deliver prevention support to individuals with behavioral health diagnoses. This role involves assisting with the development of crisis education and prevention plans, coordinating services, and ensuring optimal community participation. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with options for on-call work.
Requirements
- Provide direct prevention support to individuals diagnosed with behavioral health diagnoses.
- Assist with the development of individualized Crisis Education and Prevention Plans.
- Coordinate services to ensure individuals are able to live and participate in the community.
- Be fluent in multiple languages (potentially bonus)
- Registration as a Qualified Mental Health Professional in Virginia
