Job Description
The REACH Team in Piedmont/Danville/Southside is seeking a Community Support Professional to provide direct prevention support to individuals diagnosed with behavioral health conditions. This role involves assisting with individualized Crisis Education and Prevention Plans and coordinating services with other providers. Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available with optional on-call availability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Human Services
- Virginia Board of Counseling registration as a Qualified Mental Health Professional
- Must be fluent in multiple languages (negotiable)
