NY Preschool & Kids Club is seeking a Preschool Director/Certified Head of School to lead their location in achieving key metrics and driving excellence across sales, operations, team development, educational oversight, community engagement, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in early childhood education (birth-2) or elementary education (1-6), plus a NY state teaching certification required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership position
- Minimum of 2 years as a Preschool Lead Teacher
- Experience in a similar sales or enrollment-focused role
- Experience with NY DOH licensing compliance, Article 47 preferred
- Results-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic early childhood environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members
