Teaching Director (Lead Preschool Teacher & Education Director)

The Teaching Director (Lead Preschool Teacher & Education Director) is a high-impact, hybrid leadership role designed for an experienced preschool educator who balances strong classroom instruction with location-level teacher support and management.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in ECE or a related field required
• A NYS Early Childhood Initial or Permanent Certification (B-2 or 1-6) required
• 3-5+ years of lead teaching experience in Pre-K (2-4 year olds) or Kindergarten.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience preferred
