The Senior Associate Director of Evaluation and Strategy is responsible for leading the evaluation and selection processes for first-year applicants across NYU Shanghai's International and Chinese admissions pathways. The role involves overseeing key assessments, managing evaluation workflows, guiding the shaping process, and supporting the onboarding of admitted students.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 years of experience in higher education admissions or a related field
• Supervisory experience in admissions or related areas
• Familiarity with the Chinese Gaokao and U.S. admissions systems
• Experience managing evaluations, shaping admissions decisions, and training application readers
• Knowledge of admissions operations, including application systems and innovative technology solutions
