Role Overview

Lead outbound shipping and dispatch operations in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment, ensuring customer orders are accurately picked, staged, verified, and loaded on time while maintaining strict safety, quality, and cold chain standards.

Supervise daily outbound and dispatch operations, lead and mentor team members, assign work, monitor productivity, and ensure shipping deadlines are met.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of warehouse operations experience
• Minimum 1 year of leadership or dispatch supervision experience
• Experience in frozen or temperature-controlled warehouse environments
• Working knowledge of shipping processes and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
