Job Description
Yankee Candle is seeking a Part-Time Retail Seasonal 2nd Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional employee and guest experience. The role involves team development, guest experience management, operational efficiency, and financial performance. New England base pay range is $16.29 to $20.36.
Requirements
- High School completion or equivalent GED
- Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office
