New Reach Education is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide day-to-day technical assistance and operational support across the organization. The role assists in maintaining company devices, systems, and data security, and helps implement and improve technology tools that support business operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, technical coordination, or systems administration
- Strong technical aptitude with experience troubleshooting software, hardware, and connectivity issues in mostly a MAC & Google Suite Environment
- Familiarity with data backup, security protocols, and antivirus management
- Experience using ticketing systems or help desk tracking tools
- Knowledge of cloud-based tools and systems (e.g., Google Workspace, Monday.com, AWS, or similar platforms)
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities with a focus on customer service
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
