The Mortgage Consultant is responsible for originating a variety of different types of loans to service existing customers and first home purchase business.
Requirements
- Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Origination experience in the mortgage or banking industry required
- 2+ years' origination experience
- Active NMLS license
- Ability to connect with borrowers, friendly demeanor, customer service oriented
- Proficiency with loan origination system (H2O), CRM platform (Salesforce), and communication tools (Microsoft Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to maintain high levels of communication and urgency, including returning all voicemails within 24 hours
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately with proven success in a fast-paced environment
