Requirements
- Patient Care (Virtual & In-Person): Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for personal injury patients.
- Clinical Leadership & Growth: Take ownership of patient care delivery as the primary Physical Therapist in the practice.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaboration & Communication: Coordinate care with physicians, case managers, chiropractors, and legal representatives.
- Patient Education: Educate patients on recovery, home exercise programs, and injury prevention.
